To support the continuous SPIN process in SMEs and enable the distance mode of SPIN, we launch the new online SPIN expert-company interface: the Expert Support System (ESS). This ESS helps saving time and cost by reducing the physical visits of and meeting with SPIN expert by half. This step-by-step ESS is the simple journey that follows the guiding questions, instructions, case studies, links to expertise knowledge and SPIN EXPERT on-offline support. The SPIN ESS for SMEs is available in English and Vietnamese version is planned to launch shortly.To use this ESS efficiently, consultants and SMEs should not ‘frame’ themselves in the guiding questions or knowledge/ tools given. The critical thinking, the holistic approach that covers the whole picture, and always question yourself are encouraged. Please also note that this ESS is NOT, by all means, a substitution of a REAL expert. From time to time you need to contact your SPIN EXPERT, and physically meet him/her for professional advice. The ESS is to assist you in your SPIN management work, bur YOU are the one to think and to innovate!
